The nodules on my thyroid are benign!! Thank you Jesus! As a friend on facebook told me, now I can exhale. It really is like holding your breath. Waiting.... for something frightening or something glorious!
Thank you for your prayers. Out of His great grace and mercy, God answered favorably. I don't deserve Him or His healing.
But I do love Him.

Woohoo - great news!
Oh, wow, I didn't know about that!! I'm so glad you're okay!!!!
Yahooo!
Glad your news was good!
Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog. When Jessie was younger there was a lot that was really difficult at church. A couple of kids were very not nice to her (often!), but the adults have always been loving and kind. As she has been in their care in class the adults have learned how much and when (for the most part) to make accommodations. I know as the gaps continue to get bigger, that will all get more difficult :/ I do think it's helpful that they've known her since birth. I know of a young man with DS, at a much larger church (ours is tiny), that has a paid position with a church. He visits along with another of the pastors and does some other things. They created this position for him and it has been so good for him....he had said he really felt called, so they made it work. It might look different in every church, but I think it's important that the church minister to these special needs people that Jesus loves :)
Praise God for this wonderful news!
