Linking up over at Knit By God's Hand
This week I'm thankful for:
Moving my dad into assisted living went very well
I got to fly out of a small, local airport
Being able to travel
Coming home again
Time with my sister
Amazing Mother's Day gifts from my girls
My church
Having a quiet day off from work
Fresh flowers
Hot tea on a rainy spring day
I hope you've had a lot to be thankful for this week!

Hi Cindy~
You have had a super emotional month, you truly deserve some down time, and I'm so glad you got a chance to catch your breath. You have a long list of blessings!
I pray that your dad is doing well in his new place, and I also pray that your sister is adjusting well to her new role, that can be a really hard adjustment.
Have a wonderful week-end!
Hugs and Love,
Barb
I popped over to visit after reading your comment on my blog...and ended up reading several of your posts. The one about Beth's job search held me, especially. For the last couple of months we have had several young people with special needs "shadowing" people in various departments as part of a program through a local university to help them learn job skills. I've been privileged to spend time with a nice young man and teach him about my job. He has had so much fun and enjoys the work. Most of the residents at the nursing home are very good with him and encourage him as well, but there have sadly been some who have been very rude and even mean. I pray that he can one day find a job using his new skills with people who are accepting of his differences. He has a lot to offer and I am sure your sweet Beth is a delight. I am glad you were able to give her a job at your company. She will, no doubt, be a blessing there!
Great thankful list!
I hope to be able to fly into the new Everett field from Spokane in the future.
Have a good weekend.
I'm glad it went well with your dad. So many things to be thankful for.
All things that makes a smile come across my face!
