A Fountain In the Center

After church on Sunday Beth and I decided to go get some frozen yogurt. Our city has a small center of town where the city actually began (it's grown to over 42,000 people) but 'downtown' is still small and quaint. We have a fountain in the center, a movie theater that opened in 1924, it's a fun place to walk around and shop.

Lot's of outdoor seating now due to covid and thankfully the weather was beautiful. Beth bought a new wallet and a canvas to color, the yogurt was so good, it was just a nice relaxing afternoon.

That wall mural is great! What a quaint little downtown area! I love it when small towns can revitalize their downtowns and make them a place to gather and shop. The yogurt looks yummy!!

What a beautiful day to walk around and hello, frozen yogurt is the bomb!! So glad you two had a wonderful afternoon. Are you guys meeting in church now or still doing home church? We are still doing home church.

It looks wonderful. Reminds me of the town of Orange, CA that my son lives in. Houses were built in the 1950's and the town remains small with stores and restaurants now. Looks like you had a very nice time.
