You did it so well. I am positive that mom enjoyed those few hours each week. Autism is hard and finding people who understand AND can help are rare. I love what you said to her, and I hope that she'll hide your words in her heart - to revisit that moment later, when she needs the reminder.Deborahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09211537058262061608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6781391039989679284.post-32411061098937851362015-06-10T21:46:51.493-07:002015-06-10T21:46:51.493-07:00Such a beautiful thing to say to her. Maybe she'll also remember the lesson of showing him the prompt to go home, and that will be used to make some moments easier for them both.Cazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03510913426379145516noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6781391039989679284.post-56892222656538147252015-06-10T18:11:50.913-07:002015-06-10T18:11:50.913-07:00I used to attend MOPS in NM and for the first year...I used to attend MOPS in NM and for the first year we were here in SC. I know what a blessing it can be and what a blessing you were to that mom. I know she really enjoyed those couple of hours of 'me' time with other ladies and not having to worry about her child. What a beautiful response you gave to her about her son - joy. Wow. Such powerful insight, I hope she can take that with her to their new location!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02441176684416139172noreply@blogger.com
